I had my door lock repaired on Saturday n it wasn't done correctly. Kevin from A-Leading Lock came n assessed the problem instantly. He took it apart n reinstalled it correctly. The way it was installed originally was completely wrong n unsafe. Now I feel safe n secure.

Kevin was prompt, courteous and very honest. He didn't have the part that needed replacement in his business and thought entire keypad entry system would need to be replaced, which of course would have been very expensive. However without me even asking, he took initiative to ask around, found the part in his friend's shop, went to pick it up and installed right away, saving me a lot of time and money.

I called this locksmith 4:55 PM asking if I can come make a copy of my door key and he said yes even though they were closing at 5 PM! I got there just in time and he was able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Very respectful and service is professional and welcoming. The store makes sure they are COVID safe for sure so no worries at all in regards to that!!! I'll make sure to recommend him to all my family and friends! Exceptional job!

sorry for this late review. this place was recommended to me. went here, told them the type of lock I have and to save me $, the owner said, its best for me to take the lock off my door and bring it in then for him to come out and charge me for a house call fee. I brought the lock out to him, looked at it, told me he had to take it apart to know exactly. the lock he re-keyed comes in 2 types. type 1 can be re-keyed on the spot, although a special type of key. type 2 can be re-keyed, but manufacturer would need to send out a specific piece or part, which means addt'l wait time. thankfully, it turned out to be type 1. thank you very much.
